Poor mental health is estimated to cost the UK economy "up to £45 billion a year" according to the Deloitte analysis which found that firms investing in employee wellbeing reap the benefits. "On average, for every £1 spent on supporting their people’s mental health, employers get £5 back on their investment in reduced presenteeism, absenteeism and staff turnover." - Deloitte press release, 20/1/20
As a wellbeing life coach I’ve provided support in helping people achieve their career and lifestyle aspirations. This is done by giving my clients the tools to change the way they think and feel about themselves. Through training the participants will be given the confidence and motivation to implement positive change.
“I started working with Sandra over a year ago when my Dad’s chemo had stopped working and I was finding work and life very stressful due to the sales environment. Sandra helped me to find my focus and my drive, while appreciating everything that have in life, has led me to a position where I feel balanced and happy. In my time working with Sandra I went from an average performer to the top sales performer in the UK for a Fortune 500 company and I have doubled my yearly earnings. I have and will continue to recommend Sandra to friends and family and I look forward to continuing our journey.

“Eight months down the line I can definitely say that Sandra has had a BIG influence on my life. Never afraid to tell me if I’m slipping back into old habits or acting below my potential, and always ready to praise me when I make progress. At home, my communication has improved drastically improving the already strong relationship that I have with my family. Also, thanks to her, I’m now a part of the leadership team and seen as next in line for a promotion – all in a matter of months! I’m looking forward to improving more under the guidance and tutelage of Sandra.“

"Sandra helped me immensely at a time in my life when I lost my self confidence and self esteem which was taken away from me in a controlled relationship. Fortunately Sandra helped me back to the person I once was.
I felt very relaxed and open with her and was able to release suppressed feelings.
On each meeting Sandra gave me a little ‘homework’ to complete. I found this useful and helped my wellbeing. I am still healing thanks to Sandra"

“Sandra has played a major part in my life and career. When going through a difficult patch I realised that I needed some help and by contacting Sandra that was the first step of our journey. After an initial ‘catch up’ to recognise and address issues that lead me to life coaching, Sandra was very understanding with the situation. She has always been very flexible and supportive. It feels like you are getting to know yourself, your thoughts and feelings all over again. On a career point, I started as a practitioner and nowI am deputy manager, within a year, in an early yearssetting in a multimillion company. I am proud to have met Sandra and cherish the relationship that we have.”

“From the moment Sandra entered my life with her beautiful smile and empathic, caring manner, I felt inspired.
Sandra has been a precious companion on my personal journey. With her excellent listening skills and amazing insights, she has helped me to identify my core values and “find out who I am”. She has helped me to make the changes I need, to live by those values.
Her constant belief in me and encouragement have built my confidence; empowered me to be myself and have enabled my personal growth.
I feel more confident in my relationships and much happier in my daily life. I have so much gratitude for the changes that Sandra has enabled me to make in my life”

"My sincerest gratitude for your time and incredible energy at the Phenomenal Women event. You inspired, uplifted and empowered each and every single one of us. Thank you for being a phenomenal woman, I am so grateful for being able to look up to you."

"The
energy in the room was so inviting and equally empowering. All the speakers were inspirational and gave me that extra bit of hope and self belief that I can achieve anything I put my mind to! These events are so needed, especially in today’s society where young women suffer with lack of self love and value. We are in a time where the pressures of expectations are impacting negatively on people's mental well being as they are not feeling like they are allowed to be free within themselves and rise to their true selves. The speakers last night showed us examples of how being a complete human being, by working on themselves first how they can impact on the rest of the world. I am still buzzing!"

"These workshops came at a perfect time in my life. They were a true Godsend. While many preach that self-value is important, few offer practical strategies for developing and maintaining it. I feel truly blessed to have been under Sandra's tutelage for the last four weeks and I am sad it has come to an end. However my joy is great; Sandra left me heaps to think about and several tips to help me maintain my newfound self-value. I am truly grateful. From one empress to another, thank you Sandra."

"Thank you very much for Workshop Notes! I found the sessions very helpful and well worth the time. I like them most because they didn't try to do too much, which made it easier to focus and apply what I learned and promised myself (well, trying to anyway🙂). It was also great that you managed to create a friendly environment where we could hear yours and others' examples and experiences. It encouraged us to acknowledge our own goals, values, and good and bad habits, which are essential for self-value work"
